Shira
Shira is a new daughter company of fashion design company Nisu. They are starting up consignment sales of their special collection in 62 V&D stores throughout the Netherlands, a venture that required the best possible ERP system – and a new solution for handling consignment sales.
“We already had a Dynamics NAV-based solution for Nisu, but the support was not what we hoped,” explains Luciën Kattestaart. “For Shira, we wanted a Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution, and that left us with two options. Our choice fell on TRIMIT Fashion because the functionality matched our needs and because TRIMIT was willing to invest in new customer relations by developing the consignment functionality for us.”
User Friendliness and Full Control
Shira also chose TRIMIT Fashion because of the flexibility and user friendliness that enabled them to control 62 stores all over the Netherlands. “We can adjust the inventory at each shop to match customer demands,”
says Luciën Kattestaart. “That flexibility is expected to increase our sales and make Shiras consignment business a huge success". The user-friendliness of the new solution also makes entering data much faster compared to the old solution.
A quick estimate says that Shira’s employees are now doing the same job at half the time. For instance, the daily shop reports enable them to send a restock transfer order with just three clicks – and even that is expected to be fully automated later.
